  1. Vault facility spanning around 35000 Sq. ft. for storage of critical documents. The vaults have been constructed with RCC walls, which would withstand 4 hours of fiercest fire and it has

    • Fire resistant compactors
    • Fire Detection/Alarm System with auto dialler
    • Access control
    • Fire extinguishers
    • Trained security guards
    • Auto-electricity cut-off at vault door

  2. Non-vault facility for storage of less critical documents spanning around 25,000 sq. ft. with the following infrastructure :

    • Three tier racking system which can carry a load of 7.5 tons (Approx.) per rack to store documents in carton boxes
    • Slotted Angle racks to store documents which are being retrieved frequently
    • Fire Detection and Fire protection system with automatic sprinklers
    • Fire Extinguishers
    • Access control
    • Trained Security guards
